RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Elite Designs by Dawn, many of our products are handmade, embellished, customized, or produced specifically for each customer. Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.

READY-TO-SHIP COSTUMES

All Ready-to-Ship costumes are sold as-is and are considered final sale. Due to the custom nature of these completed and embellished performance costumes, returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted.

DANCE COSTUME BASES

In-stock Dance Costume Bases may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery if the size is incorrect and the item is unworn, unaltered, and in original condition.

Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. If the requested size is not available in stock, customers may choose to have a replacement size produced, subject to the standard production lead time of approximately 8–10 weeks.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with exchanges.

CUSTOM-MADE COSTUMES

All custom-made, personalized, altered, embellished, or made-to-order costumes are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

EMBELLISHMENTS, APPLIQUÉS, AND ACCESSORIES

All embellishments, appliqués, trims, rhinestones, and related costume accessories are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographs of the item and packaging to assist in resolving the issue.
